Constraints

  • Projects can be linked to tasks, inbox items, and audit logs.
  • Default project protection prevents accidental archive/delete.
  • Archiving an active project requires approval — see Approval policy.

How directives create projects

When the Executive Agent decomposes a directive, it may create a new project (or update an existing one) and emit tasks against it. The chat reply links to the project so the Founder can drill in immediately.
